Please go through the Job Description and send me your updated resume with contact information. *Title: Data Analyst * *Location: Irving - TX* *Duration: 6 months * Job Description Analyze existing database architecture and data flow and document each object/activity; and provide documentation to Verizon, in accordance with Verizon documentation standards. Confirm to existing coding/documenting standards by eliminating hard coded routines and replace with dynamic data driven solutions. Provide code review, and provide documentation in support thereof, to Verizon. Create and provide documents in support of this deliverable to include updated versions of design, process flow diagram, API specification, and error description. Develop tested code to modify existing architecture and make necessary changes to the system interfaces; and provide Object and Source Code to Verizon, in accordance with Verizon standards utilizing Verizon source and Object Code libraries and Configuration Management procedures. Required Skills Should have 5-7 Years of experience in analyzing, researching and documenting database schema, code, data objects, data loading packages and data flows. Should have 2-3 years of experience querying data from Microsoft SQL server 2005/2008 and Oracle 11. Should have knowledge in understanding stored procedures and functions. Should have 2-3 years of experience in developing stored procedures and functions, designing and creating schemas and fine tune existing code. Should be fast in grasping business flows and identify corresponding data base objects, analyze and document them. Should demonstrate strong verbal, documentation and written communication skills. Must be a team player. Should have Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Computer science, having documentation expertise is an added advantage. Education and Experience 5+ years of experience in documenting the code on SQL 2005/2008 and Oracle 11; Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in analyze and documentation. Required Bachelor degree in Computer Science Minimum of 7-9 years Redhat Linux Adminstration. Experience with Apache Web Server Proficient in Weblogic Application server 10.3 installation, clustering and configuration. Experience in Weblogic Portal 10.3 environment Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of turn around.
