Duration: 6 Months This is an architect role. The details are below. - Guide atomic use cases and requirements for a new Customer Service Desktop (CSD) platform based on the capabilities of the Pega systems PRPC CPM framework. - Analyze existing systems for reuse capabilities and retrofit them into use cases and requirements for the new CSD platform. - Educate on implementation methodologies. (Flows, Decision rules, Data, UI). - Assume role or liaison as a SME for PRPC/CPM capabilities and limitations. - Actively engage and participate in DCO JAD sessions and drive it to help design use cases and requirements. - Direct technical team resources to build prototypes to help visualize, identify limitations and test out the Use Cases and Requirements design. - Work with Lead System Architects to provide additional options to a solution for overcoming design and technical limitations. - Work with UI team to give guidance on PRPC / CPM best practices. (Produce best practice and guideline documents were applicable.) - Enable team members by further developing their PRPC/CPM skill sets to become self sufficient.
