Title : **Lead Business Analyst* *Location : Parsippany NJ Duration: 6+ months Essential Job Functions Manage a dynamic team of Business Analysts within prescribed budgets and timeliness Ensure the team and the Lead BA effectively gathers requirements, document functional/non-functional specifications, use cases, business process flows, and writes user acceptance test scripts Work with business and technical Subject Matter Experts to develop thorough understanding of Applications, Systems, Business Methods and Strategies Define and implement best practices and processes for standardized software development methodology as it relates to Business Analysts across the organization and their role/deliverables in IT projects Provide financial and effort estimates and forecasts for new and ongoing projects Review/approve all project-related documents and artifacts produced by the Business Analyst team Responsible for staffing, training, advising, and evaluating full-time and temporary associates Responsible for triaging defects during the QA testing cycle Responsible for Managing the Product Post Deployment as needed 10. Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, action items, and communicate effectively with all parties 11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Provide Writing Samples/ References in Interview 12. Provide clarification to Engineering/QA/Business on Functional Specification/Non Functional Details Qualifications - Minimum Requirements and Qualifications a) Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or equivalent training, experience and education b) Master’s Degree in any of the above disciplines is preferred c) 3 Years as a Product Manager, or Lead Business Analyst, and 5+ years as Business/Systems Analyst d) Experience in any of the following is Strongly Preferred Central Reservation System (Anasazi, ORS Opera Reservation System, Tradyso – strongly preferred), AND/OR Distribution, Channel Management, Connectivity, OTA Online Travel Agent knowledge, ADS (Expedia, Travelocity etc.), GDS Global Distribution Systems, AND/OR IT Revenue Management, Management e) Experience in the Hotel Industry, Hospitality Industry or Travel Industry is strongly preferred. f) Excellent written and oral communication skills; Prefer candidates with Communication Course g) Ability to effectively work on multiple projects and resources in a large matrix organization i) Team building and personnel management Thanks Zain Khan zain.k...@panzersolutions.com 203 652 1442* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Developers" group.
