Core responsibilities are: • Analyze customer requests for assistance / information • Write product business requirements documents • Evaluate and document software functionality changes • QA software modifications made • Interface with the client base for project status / issue resolution This position must be responsible for implementation and tracking of jobs in process timelines. This person must have a good attitude that builds up the team and have a willingness to help the team wherever possible. Knowledge of ECI software functionality as well as healthcare industry knowledge is a plus, specifically for the ANSI HIPAA EDI Transactions: 837, 834, 835, 270/271, 276/277, NCPDP and/or 820 file(s). This person must have data analysis and troubleshooting experience. This person must be able to handle customer relationship management, and have business intelligence. This person relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This person will attend training classes to keep knowledge fresh and growing. This person must also be willing to lead classes to share their knowledge with the rest of the team when appropriate. This position reports to the EDI TEAM Lead for Technical Product Support.
