Erie insurance pa phone *The requirements are as follows:* *Role:* (1) Functional Manager – On Site *General Skill set requirements: * · Must have experience directing the work of performance test engineers and automated functional test engineers. · Experience with resource management (assignments, allocations), performance test project management (planning, estimating) required. *Specific Skill set requirements: * · Must have experience leading performance testing engagements, automated functional testing engagements and working with technical competencies throughout the IT organization. · Must be well versed in performance-related topics and have hands-on experience executing/leading performance test teams with at least 10 members. · Must have experience with Clarity, HP Performance Center, HP Service Test, HP Quality Center, QTP. *Project Assignment:* · Will be the functional lead for performance testing, automated functional testing, and test data management teams within QA. *Specific scope:* · This resource will be responsible for the following: · Managing the performance testing team, which consists of ERIE and contract resources. Includes assigning staff to performance test engagements, working with performance test engineers and project managers to determine proper performance test coverage, run performance test-related meetings/standups. · Work with Section Manager to identify and fill staffing needs. · Participating in the Performance Engineering Governance Team on a daily basis. · Responding to estimate requests for performance testing, automated functional testing, test data management. · Managing the automated functional testing team, which consists of ERIE and contract resources.
