*Job Description *

Develop and implement best software practices, up to and including
assisting developers to adopt established standards by setting up
end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle processes (planning/scheduling,
specification, development, testing, maintenance and support).

*Responsibilities*

•             Research and maintain knowledge of the latest and greatest
software engineering tools and practices such as continuous integration,
unit tests, static and dynamic profiling, code coverage, code analysis, and
automated tests.

•             Recommend software development best practices and deploy
tools.

•             Manage Releases (Candidates, UAT, and Releases).

•             Interaction with Project Managers, Team Leads, and Quality
Assurance teams to promote the releases.

•             Interaction with development teams to implement automated
builds and integrated builds, including managing build servers, build
schedules, and build qualities.

•             Establish best practices testing environment. Automate
deployment to test environment. Define and implement the deployment
promotion process.

•             Team project administration, access control, source control,
branch model, work items reports, and development tools support.
