We have a new requirement for *L2/L3 support in SAP HR* area. The
requirement is for a 5+ years of experience person in *SAP HR (PA & OM*)
with ESS/MSS/LMS. Detailed role requirements are given below. Kindly please
share the profiles you have so we can schedule the interviews as soon as

*Duration: 6+ Months*

*Desired Skills & Experience*

*Required*

**Ø  **Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.****

**Ø  ** At least  5 years of experience with *SAP HR with ESS/MSS/LMS*

*Preferred*

**Ø  **At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement
specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes****

**Ø  **At least 5 years of experience in SAP HR Skills  with ESS/MSS/LMS****

**Ø  **At least 5 years of experience in Development/
Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment ****

**Ø  ** At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to
internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business
process****

**Ø  **Need business systems support for daily activities relating to
support of SAP HR OM, PA & COMP modules: ****

**Ø  ** Experience with attributes and relationships associated OM & PA
infotypes and how they integrate ****

**Ø  ** Experience with the configuration and master data of the above
objects and knowledge of the transactions associated ****

**Ø  ** Working knowledge of the HR data model and how relationships
interacts with other HR modules (Time, Comp, Payroll and Talent)****

**Ø  **Experience with portal integration ESS/MSS and LMS is must.****

**Ø  **Effectively navigate through SAP configuration to troubleshoot SAP
HR issues ****

**Ø  **Analytical and Communication skills ****

**Ø  **Planning and Co-ordination skills****

*Technical Requirements *

**Ø  **Working knowledge of waterfall SDLC practices ****

**Ø  **Ability to follow step by step instructions independently and assist
business user in troubleshooting production issues ****

**Ø  **Ability to analyze business issue/defect, document findings and
resolution with an ability to estimate effort to correct ****

**Ø  **Understanding of L2 level practices and procedures, with an ability
to understanding the need to escalate to L3 level when necessary****

**Ø  **Ability to work independently ****

**Ø  **Strong verbal and written communication skills ****

**Ø  **Ability to manage enhancement, defect or data maintenance requests
through implementation lifecycle ****

**Ø  **Documentation related to enhancement, defect or data maintenance
implementations ****

**Ø  **Creating the test data in test environments for unit testing ****

**Ø  **Creating the step by step detailed test scenarios ****

**Ø  **Validating the functional spec. ****

**Ø  **Data analysis as it relates to HR data****

**Ø  **Ability to create and maintain positive and professional business
relationship with project team(s), associates and external customers ****

**Ø  **Must be able to work effectively in a team environment****

**Ø  **Serve as the primary liaison between the business requirement and
the technical teams ****
