Please let me know your interest. *CRM Consultant Location: New York, NY (Midtown) Duration: 1 year+ Rate: $60/hr * *Interview: F2F REQUIRED* *Skills, qualifications and experience required:* *Execution and Project Management:* · Ability to coordinate and manage multiple simultaneous CRM projects · Ability to track and report status to Sr. IT Management and business partners · Understand the value drivers behind the current Strategy, in particular the Business Analytics/CRM vision and mission, develop and implement roadmaps. · Foster a climate of continuous improvement, both identifying issues and owning solutions *CRM Specific Competencies:* · A strong understanding of direct to consumer CRM concepts. (i.e. Email/Direct Mail Marketing, Customer Segmentation, ROI analysis) · Ensure that CRM applications meet corporate objectives, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business requirements issues. · Gather, analyze, and define end user requirements for CRM data access and usability in accordance with business objectives · Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated plans for CRM software administration and appropriate use. · Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any CRM application under consideration to determine its intended functionality · Collaborate with analysts, developers, and system owners in the testing of new CRM programs and applications · Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications · Negotiate contracts and liaise with CRM software supplier for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies · Conduct research on new and emerging CRM technologies or technologies that can be leveraged through existing CRM investments · Establish service level agreements with CRM users, and provide on-call technical support for these users. · Devise, coordinate, and conduct data-cleansing initiatives to purge and eliminate corrupt or redundant information from CRM database. · Benchmark CRM initiatives against best practices to ensure optimal performance. · Investigate and fix fields that have become outdated due to new business/value rules, new processes, or redesigned data warehouses. · Strong data modeling skills in multiple methodology dimensional models (i.e. conceptual, logical and physical model design, experience with Operational Data Stores, Enterprise Data Warehouses, and Data Marts); Strong understanding of relational database concepts ' data modeling (dimensional/snowflake) *Thanks & Regards* *Dev Chauhan* *International Technical Solutions (ITS)* D: 206-497-5925, 206-274-4684 F: 206-319-4579 dev.chau...@i-tecsol.com <himanshu.kak...@i-tecsol.com> Note: We respect your Online Privacy.
