bi...@techwiresol.com *ETL - Informatica Lead Developer * * Location: New Haven, CT Duration: 6 Months,* *Only Citizens, GC or EAD* *Job Description:* The ETL Lead Developer will work as a member of a team responsible for development and support of computer application software systems developed and maintained within the Data Integration and Reporting, Application Support Department. This role requires Informatica Lead experience, including providing direction on ETL development strategies, conducting code reviews, mentoring Junior Developers, and setting Standards and establishing Best Practices. • Works with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. • Develops, maintains, and supports applications for the organization's internal and external data integration processes. • Programs all or selected components of ETL and integration applications based on given requirements. • Documents system components and applications. • Works with the team's developers and support team providing data integration development, testing, and support. • Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications. • Analyzes existing code base and job performance. • Translates detailed design into working code for ETL and integration. • Codes, tests, debugs, maintains and refines ETL jobs to produce the required product. *Qualifications:* • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. • 8+ years of IT-based software development. • 5+ years developing Data Warehouse architecture components utilizing Informatica. • 5-7 years of experience as an ETL Lead Developer. • 3 years as an Informatica Lead - providing recommendations and direction on ETL development strategies, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers, and setting Standards and establishing Best Practices. • Solid knowledge and experience of database and programming languages (specifically DB2, SQL, BODI and Informatica). • Knowledge of systems, application architecture, data warehouse architecture and data modeling. • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Data Warehouse (DW) and Business Intelligence (BI) projects. • Innovative and active participant in the growth of the organization; Ability to serve as Change Agent. • Critical thinker with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and excellent customer focus. • Strong Interpersonal (listening, written and verbal communication) and presentation skills. • Skill at resolving conflict and negotiating effectively and tactfully. • Ability to inspire and motivate teams and individuals. *Regards* *BIJAY* *Techwire Solutions, Inc* 101 Hudson St, Suite # 2100, Jersey City, NJ 07302 USA Phone: 201-884-6602|| Email: bi...@techwiresol.com || Web: www.techwiresol.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Developers" group.
