*Position : Project Coordinator Location : Short Hills , NJ Duration : 6-12 Months* * Note : Should know Spanish/Portuguese language * *This is a lower level PM position. * *Responsibilities* - Assist in the translation of documentation specific to various phases of solution roll-out from requirements, development, UA testing, end-user training, solution launch and user community support - Additionally, provide various ad hoc administrative support to implementation team including UA testing, product research/fabrication and/or quality assurance *Qualifications* - Strong project management experience - background and/or experience with internal/external auditing, internal controls assessment, FCPA compliance, anti-money laundering, information systems audit or Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance a plus - Experience in large-scale, preferable global, solution implementations and process re-design – including change management initiatives a plus - *Bi-lingual with fluency to read, write and speak in Spanish/Portuguese. English is required * - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
