*Position : Technical Business Analyst Location : Boston , MA Duration : 7-8 Months Interview: Phone and Skype or Face to Face * *Description * · I would think that prior experience working on projects involving *health records, medical records, health insurance payment systems etc. will be experience that will be favored as well. * · Client will analyze how providers might use access to all-payer health data and reports then use this information for program design and implementation. · A major element in the design calls for developing the means to attribute patients to providers and create a master provider registry. *STATEMENT OF WORK /RESPONSIBILITES:* - Develop business requirements for internally and externally generated features from business needs provided by product management. - Develop Use Case methodology to identify, clarify, and organize system requirements. The use case should contain all system activities that have significance to the users. - Work with the product development team to ensure that the acceptance criteria are met and the software meets project objectives/customer expectations as defined by the product owner. - Work with the product development team to document system and user interface requirements, data requirements and report formats. - Aid product team members with quality assurance, end-user documentation and software development as needed. *QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AT HIRE:* - Graduation from an accredited college or university with a B.S. in Information Systems, or Computer Science and a minimum of 3 years working as a business analyst, systems analysis, systems training, systems design, technical support, applications programming, network design, or telecommunications design.
