Communication skills are very important. Embedded Engineers will not be a fit. Linux/UNIX Environment engineers won’t be a fit. Need someone that has been primarily an Application level Windows Developer. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems Strong C/C++ programming skills (7+ years of work experience) Strong MS Windows programming environment skills (7+ years of work experience) Strong Oral/written communications for conversing directly with customers Also experience with Win32 API Big Plus would be experience with: Sockets, TCP/IP level programming.
