Ensuring the project is executed as per project plan and processes 7. Monitoring /tracking project progress against plan and taking corrective and preventive action as required. 8. Review of project artefacts 9. Ensuring quality of artefact’s produced by project 10. Reporting the project status to various stakeholders 11.
