- Conduct software development design, construct, implement - using
.NET, C#, SQL, Wintel platform tools for an externally facing web site used
for group administration and billing.
- Must have a high-level of skill with conducting performance tuning and
code improvements to improve site usability performance.
- Work in a dynamic change-focused Agile development environment
- Work within a highly-matrixed team environment with onshore and
offshore resources
- Ability to develop software in a rapid dynamic environment with an
ability to create prototype software quickly
- Creation and maintenance of code and system design documentation
- Provide application support and systems maintenance for all
application environments
- Actively work to improve application software and development
techniques
- Willing to complete work in tight-timeframes, take ownership, and
demonstrate commitment to complete work on-time in a quality manner.
- Conduct software / application deployments during non-regular business
hours (nights and weekends)
