Position : Business Analyst with (MUST Wynsure experience) Location : Boston MA Duration : 1 yrs + Responsibilities: Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. Facilitates requirements gathering sessions to solicit business requirements. Develop written BRDs and use cases. Make recommendations for best technological approach, solution to meet business objectives. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. May act as change management agent. Skills and Education: Must have Wynsure knowledge, at least 1 year of work experience on the life version of Wynsure (version 4.0 and above). Excellent written and communication skills. Possess an understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall), technological trends and use this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience and 3-5 years of relevant technical or business work experience. Demonstrate specific functional expertise in highly utilized application packages including but not limited to CRM (Salesforce), ERP (PeopleSoft), RPTG (Cognos)/ETL (DataStage), or other (PEGA, Sharepoint, PAM, ITIL, Ariba, etc).
