*Position:- Lead SAP Fico Consultant * *Location: Mason, OH * *Duration:- 4+ Months Contract * *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* AP Functional Lead to support the FICO area. The SAP Functional Lead is responsible for: leading FICO CCB* (*Change Control Board) and participating in the SAP Enterprise CCB, also designing, approving, and providing guidance on change recommendations; advising on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits and impacts on business process; ensuring all systems are in line with IT long term strategy; reporting the status of current initiatives to the business and management; ensuring end to end business solutions are fully vetted and the cross impacts are documented and addressed across teams; responsible for the quality and timeliness of team deliverables; assigning testing responsibilities to the team members; ensuring tests are comprehensive and result in quality deliverables; leading and ensuring delivery of the FICO activities in minor and major releases; participating in project plans, after go-live actives and on-going support; working closely with peer team leads to ensure coordination of activities, oversight and delivery; ensuring AMS provider and functional team deliver on-time with high quality solutions; leading root cause and follow-up to remediate the reoccurrence of the incident; measuring, reporting and being accountable to deliver consistent quality and solution in alignment and long term vision; providing guidance on functional area feature and functions, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements, and leveraging best practices; providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the team members in multiple SAP functional areas, providing business process expertise; understanding of FICO and application enterprise architecture; and translating between technical and business language, while appropriately adapting communication style and content to audience. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP - Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP functional lead or comparable SAP experience within an SAP-centric production support environment - Minimum 1 full life cycle Implementation in FICO - Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors and executives - Experience in SolMan - ChaRM, preferred - Experience in complex SAP environments, supporting multiple SAP components; required - Experience bringing different areas to SCM together through the integration of SAP’s (BW, CRM, SCM) and the SAP ERP software solutions, required - SAP certification(s), preferred - ITIL experience, preferred Vijay Saraswat Talent Acquisition Executive Tekshapers Inc. |1441 E Maple Rd,Suit#301,Troy,Michigan, USA Tel Off: 248.565.4747 | Ext. 108| F: 248.254.7211 | Email Id: vsaras...@tekshapers.com <hgul...@tekshapers.com> | W: www.tekshapers.com GTalk: vsaras...@tekshapers.com <ras...@tekshapers.com> * Please consider the environment before printing this email.
