Client is needs *a Peoplesoft 9.1 to 9.2 migration consultants*. Client
uses Peoplesoft for HR and financial reasons. The DBA group is heavy on
Oracle and SQL Server, with some PPLSFT but the latest applications and
functions need to be running on 9.2 which is why they need to make the
transition from 9.1 to 9.2.

*Must have prior 9.1 to 9.2 upgrade experience*

Financial experience is a plus!!!



*Background:*

The client “is looking for the right partner who has upgrade experience”,
to upgrade their current PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 environment to PeopleSoft HCM
9.2. As part of the upgrade, the client wants to upgrade PeopleSoft
PeopleTools from 8.53 to 8.54.

Current PeopleSoft 9.1 installed modules have not been published by the
client.

Additionally, they are looking to implement “*PeopleSoft Update Manager*”
and “*Secure Enterprise Search*” modules along with the upgrade. Currently,
these two modules have not been implemented in the current environment.

A Demo environment of PeopleSoft 9.2 has been created and is up and running.

There are currently a “few” customizations in PeopleSoft 9.1. As part of
the upgrade fit/gap analysis, they want to identify functionality in
PeopleSoft 9.2 that can replace some of the current customizations.
Additionally, the client is willing to change some processes to eliminate
some customizations and go with the delivered functionality.



Estimated end date: January 2/3, 2016 (Cutover to production PeopleSoft HCM
9.2)

The client has prior experience in upgrading PeopleSoft CRM 9.1 to 9.2 and
PeopleTools 8.53 to 8.54.
