*USC or GC or EAD GC only* Job Describtion: *Five (5) years of experience as a Senior TSM Administrator, Storage Engineer, Systems Administrator, or related. Five (5) years of experience must include utilizing TSM, ATL, VTL, AIX, Linux, Solaris, Windows, SAN, NAS, IP networking and routing, Perl/Bash, and ITCS104 audit/security compliance and risk management.* Apply expert analysis to support complex problem and change tickets and significant project tasks for client server support operations, which may span multiple service lines. Assess situation to identify client problem with latitude to deviate from established processes and procedures. Recommend and implement new processes and procedures to advance and improve current methods and practices. Create documentation explaining solutions. Ensure timeliness and availability of platforms and operating systems. Interface with customer and vendors to provide progress status and recommend solutions. Work with Quality Analyst (QA) and Dispatcher to resolve identified green team/QA investigations. Knowledge of the following technologies -- Utilize Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM), Automated Tape Library (ATL), Virtual Tape Library (VTL), AIX, Linux, Solaris, Windows, Storage Area Network (SAN), Network Attached Storage (NAS), IP networking and routing, Perl/Bash, and audit/security compliance and risk management.
