* Job Details:*

The purpose of this work is to identify and develop the changes necessary
to update these systems to accommodate the new DMC-ODS opt-in waiver for
California counties.

This will include DMC claims from California counties and providers
directly contracting with the State that are currently adjudicated by the
Short-Doyle/Medi-Cal (SDMC) system with related payment and tracking
provided by the SMART accounting system, and provider certification tracked
through the PRIME and SMART 6i systems.

These are systems built on the .NET platform, including (for SDMC) the
BizTalk engine, using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases, and (for
SDMC) using the EDIFECS engine for validating, processing, and generating
HIPAA EDI transactions.

*Mandatory Web Design Requirement:*


Minimum of three (3) years of experience;Client side UI development using
HTML5/CSS3;

Development experience with Responsive Web Design & Web Accessibility;
Javascript development;

Mandatory .Net General Experience Requirement:

Minimum of five (5) years of development experience in .Net framework V3.5
and above using C#.

Minimum of two (2) years of development experience in ASP.NET
<http://asp.net/> (MVC 4).

Minimum of five (5) years of development experience in ASP.NET
<http://asp.net/> (Web Forms).

Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on data conversion and data
migration projects, converting and migrating data from legacy applications.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience Creating test plans and
strategy; Creating and executing test scripts.


 Minimum of five (5) years of experience Writing technical design
documents; Creating technical process flows.


Mandatory SQL Server, Oracle and General Experience: Knowledge of best
practices and industry standards.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in MS SQL Server 2008 Enterprise
Edition;

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in MSSQL Server 2012 Enterprise
Edition;

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Oracle

And Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Ability to document and
provide training/knowledge transfer;

Experience in business best practices;

Experience in management of complex business change.
