Ability to follow defined escalation paths in order to ensure appropriate focus and attention is placed on high priority issues affecting revenue generating and non-revenue generating systems Following and participating in the defined Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), SOX and General Computing Controls Consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements which will help determine delivery goals and expectations for availability and performance to both IT and business upper management Actively participate in the ticket management and resolution processes, including receiving, resolution monitoring and customer satisfaction Good team player, with the ability to work with diverse personalities in a variety of settings Interpret and communicate the details of system events in a manner which effectively relays the most important aspects of the event and accounts for the technical level of the target audience *Qualifications:* 5-7 years experience in application development using Microsoft technologies. *Technical Skill Must haves:* MVC , C#, Oracle 9i and 10g DB and/or SQL DB, WCF and/or Web API web services.
