Minimum Requirements:
Growing at an extremely fast pace. They are making some major product
enhancements to all facets of their home security systems. They are
currently looking for *Android Developers* to work on the hand held control
apps for the security systems. These developers need to come from a *hard-core
Software Engineering* background and have worked in *Zero Fault Tolerance*
software environment (i.e. Aircraft flight controls, etc)
They must have the following;
· Strong Android development background
· Hard core engineering background
· Come from a Zero Fault Tolerance
· Have back end Java development experience
· Strong Agile experience
o Jira
o Git
o Stash
o Linux experience
o Strong Web Services experience
o Very collaborative cultural
o Coming from Comcast's home security division would be a plus

· Highly collaborative
· 5 days in the office, need to be with the team
· Must be willing to come to Wayne, PA office
· Daily Intensive Code Reviews
· Android and back-end teams are very closely coupled and very
interactive
· Environment is very interactive (it has a lot of alarms, etc. going
off as part of the build/test process)
· Still feels like a small creative company
· Subscribe to the Open Source Model
