*Job Description: * *Web support engineer* *The role is Tier 2 support for multiple java web applications. *• Monitor incident/ticket queues, and help prioritize work. Escalate with Tier 3. • Communicate with clients/end-users • Monitor ticket SLAs and provide monthly reports • Provide web application including writing and analyzing Java code using Spring, Hibernate frameworks and IDE tools. • Troubleshoot applications, tracing requests through web, application and database layers, querying and updating Oracle database tables using SQL and Toad. Working with groups providing infrastructure support. • Core Hours. 8am – 5pm.
