Have been experiencing performance problems with Oracle Database since February. -Oracle Database skill set - performance tuning with Oracle Database - intimate with Oracle versions 11 and 12. -Performance tuning: index creation, sequel tuning, optimization engine, statistics, optimizer. -Requirements to have exposure to SAP ERP. -We are not looking for an Oracle Applications DBA. Having that experience is fine, but that’s not part of the criteria that will help with what we have. -We would accept someone that has only installed SAP as long as their performance and tuning of Oracle databases is their top skill. Performance and Tuning of -Oracle databases AND tuning them for SAP would be our best candidate, but the performance and tuning of Oracle databases is the most important.
