*(F2F Is Must After Telephonic Round)* *Location :* *MA-Massachusetts/Andover* *Duration : 6+ Months * *MOI* *: Phone Then F2F * *Important Skills:* • Technologies: Objective-C, Swift (big plus-don’t have to have it though), XCode • Application/Project: • The application they are developing is for pilots to show them the route they are flying, it also connects to the ground and alerts them of weather changes ahead with a 10-15 minute lead time (this used to be just a few minutes from the FAA), and tells pilots if there have been changes in their route due to weather or traffic. • Soft: Eager to learn, techie, wants to work with cutting edge technology *Job Description:* • 2-3 years’ experience developing software in Objective-C, Java, C, C++, or C# • 2+ years Object Oriented programming experience or equivalent education • Experience in iterative software development environments (Agile, Kanban) • Experience with Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration and other Agile practices • Comfortable using Apple's XCode for software development • Comfortable in using standard debugging techniques such as logging, LLDB, and/or Instruments to localize and correct software defects. • Understanding of the challenges related to mobile development including battery and radio usage as well as CPU and memory constraints. • Understanding of common design patterns including Model-View-Controller. • Hands on experience using smart phones and/or tablets preferably iPhone and/or iPad. • Strong understanding of ARC as it relates to iOS Memory Management, including the concepts of strong vs weak.
