*Job Description::* The position’s main focus will be creating robust reporting solutions and dashboards for the Physician Services Group. It will require a combination of strong technical and business skills in data warehousing, data modeling, SQL, report writing tools, and financial applications in healthcare. This position will provide technical solutions and recommendations as part of a larger project team and requires the ability to interact with and provide technical direction for end user departments and for other department employees and contractors. Experience with BI tools, Teradata, SQL Server, and Excel are highly desired. *Technical Skills::* •MicroStrategy (must have) •SQL Development experience; someone who has written advanced SQL statements with and without cubes •Experience with any other ETL tools •Database Architecture •Tableau o Specific expertise/experience in data acquisition, data cleansing and parsing required. o Specific expertise/experience in data analysis, modeling and visualization required. o Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, or other DBMS. o MicroStrategy, Business Objects, or other Enterprise BI tools. o SyncSort DMExpress or other ETL tools. o Extensive experience in Teradata SQL or extensive experience in other ANSI SQL languages (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres) required. o Specific expertise/experience in the areas of data structures and data warehousing required. o Report writing experience. o Strong analytical and design skills. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Knowledge of Clinical and Financial Applications. o Knowledge of EMR or Practice Management Systems such as E-Clinical Works, Epic, GE Centricity, NextGen, etc. o Seasoned data professional and subject matter expert with a full understanding of data tools and concepts; ability to resolve a wide range of highly-complex issues in creative ways. o Experience leading agile teams, teaching and mentoring.
