*Description Of Services*: An architect who thoroughly understands the latest Java programming language (Java 8) along with its benefits compared to previous versions of Java. Able to build high-performance Spring Boot applications built with micro-service architectures in mind. An expert on how to build RESTful service using the Spring (v4+) framework. Candidates must be an expert in designing restful services, Spring MVC and Spring Boot. Knowing Spring Cloud, Netflix stack and Mongo DB is a plus. Test drive development experience is a nice to have but if the right person lacks experience but shows promise as being coachable and/or someone who shows a genuine interest in the technology stack with a doing the right thing kind of attitude character (not to mention someone willing to do whatever it takes to see their tasks completed on time, with quality). Candidate must be comfortable with the ins and outs of Java, Spring MVC and Spring Boot and able to understand its pros, cons, and when to use each technology versus other technologies in the market. *Deliverables*: Developed and deployed web services This is a development role so the deliverables are developed web services that pass testing and can be delivered to production.
