*Responsibilities:*

   - Reviews, analyzes, and modifies ECM systems including configuration,
   testing, debugging, monitoring, fault resolution and installing products to
   support ECM. Configures and administers servers:
      - Consults with personnel to identify current operating procedures
      and to clarify objectives.
      - Writes documentation to describe ECM development, configuration and
      corrections.
      - Provides server support for software (operating systems, products,
      etc.) and hardware (disk, central processing unit, etc.).
      - Collaborates with other technical staff to resolve problems with
      ECM systems, detailed understanding of monitoring, security and DR, and
      analyzes suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
   - Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data
   integrity.
   - May research, conduct fact-finding, design, code, test and maintain
   scripts associated with moderately complex efforts/projects.
   - Builds strong customer relationships.
   - Understanding of release management.
   - Occasionally leads small to moderately complex projects.



*Qualifications:*
(Experience 2+ years in the following):



   - *Java* – Not a senior developer, but someone that has had experience
   debugging, troubleshooting, and writing smaller Java programs (not
   javascript)
   - *WebSphere* – Someone with experience administering, upgrading,
   installing WebSphere
   - *ECM* – any experience w/ Enterprise Content Management
   - *Linux* experience a plus.

   - Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, organize and plan work
   to satisfy established timeframes
   - Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
   - Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving
   skills
   - Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong initiative
   - Willingness to learn and stay current on technology trends and
   upcoming features
   - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
   - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
