Hello! All! Does anybody know where I can get more character-sets or coding systems for russian language. I have a lot of russian text-files, but some of them I cannot read. I've openned them in EMacs, I've tried to change language environment and codding systems, I've tried different combinations. In the yasr desktop the same situation. I've opened these files with Nice Editor and have changed codding systems and char-sets. I've run such editor as VI, have opened these files in it and changed codding systems. I even have opend these files in the viewer of Midnight Commander, but... I have the same issue with some of html-pages. (These files and html-pages can be openned in MS windows with no problem.)
If you know, please tell me, at least what files I should search to add more char-sets.
