Can you get some one sighted to confirm the characters you are typing are the ones appearing on the screen. I had problems with this a while back. Make sure you have the correct keyboard selected too.

Well, I got a tar file of the Dec-Talk 5 rt from Fonix. However, no matter how I type in that string, Oralux says, "sorry that number is not correct" I also notice while typing, that speech is maybe 4-6 letters behind. Normally, I would figure on extracting the .tar file, but since its asking for a serial number, maybe oralux will handle everything?
