There are two possibilities for this. Oralux as it currently exists, has no win-modem drivers in it. It will not be able to access nor work with your modem.
However, you are not totally done for yet. If you use a modem that works in hardware rather than being a win-modem, you will be able to get onto the internet with Oralux. It can be either an internal or external modem, even a USB modem, but not a win-modem of any kind. If you wish to install Oralux on your hard drive, you can go to http://www.connexant.com and see if they have a Linux driver for the modem you are using. Hope this helps. -- Doug Smith: C.S.F.C.
