Using 0.6 alpha, and under w3m, you may jump to the next link using the Tab key, and come back to the previous link using Alt Tab. According to the configuration, the whole URL will be said or only the text. To get a description about the w3m mode (or whatever the mode), you may want to type Control h m The mode line is the second one from the bottom of the screen. It displays several info, and in particular the current mode.
