Hi sorry about that I didn't have a lot of time yesterday and forgot to say where I got it. Here is the address for tlb, www.ipsis.hr/gls It seems to come up and speak but like I said it is in a different language. However there site is in english for the most part, so I would think that there would be a way to get it to speak in english. You won't find the immage in the download section, but if you look in the order section and go to get free there is a immage to download. Let me know if you find anything. Thanks Mike.
