It is as simple as downloading the iso file and burning it to a cd.
The only way to upgrade is this.  

First of all, after you burn the disk, copy all the files you wish to
keep to another partition.  When this is done, install the new oralux
version onto the partition where the previous one was.  It will just
write right over it because it formats the partition.  Now, the
upgrade is done.  All you have to do is to install all your favorite
packages back on there and you're good to go.  

Now, with the advent of Oralux-0.7, you will have this option.  You
will be able to build an Oralux image on a disk drive or other
transportable medium and carry all your environment and programs with
you so that you can use any computer and it will be just like using
your own.  This requires no upgrade procedure at all.  All you need to
do is to make the image back onto the transportable medium each time
the Oralux version changes and you are good to go.
