Ακόμα ένα μικρό update από την Apple για τις συσκευές της, βασιζόμενο στο iOS 13, για iPhone και iPad. Το iOS 13.1.3 διορθώνει, μεταξύ άλλων, bug στο Phone app αλλά και σε εφαρμογές όπως το Mail, το Voice Memos και το Health. Επίσης, διορθώνει μερικές προβλήματα με τις Bluetooth συνδέσεις. Όσο για το iPadOS 13.1.3, διορθώνει επίσης κάποια μικροπροβλήματα σε apps, όπως και μερικά στο iCloud Backup.
