Try this - In SystemProperties.java replace import org.orbeon.oxf.processor.pipeline.PipelineContext; with import org.orbeon.oxf.pipeline.api.PipelineContext; Seems at the time the release was made some classes , e.g. PipelineContext, were repackaged and the SystemProperties.java wasn't updated accordingly. Likewise for IsDatabaseInitialized.java.
