You're right, that's working beautifully with either "/request" or
"/request/parameters", thanks!
Wouldn't that deserve either warning in the documentation of the
RequestGenerator if not a fix?

No more questions at that time, but rather a suggestion for the
XLSGenerator: I don't find it very safe to assume that the Excel
document will be sent as the first parameter and you could rather search
for the first parameter with an Excel mime type, or impose a parameter
name for that document or pass the parameter name as an input to the
XLSGenerator.
