I am part of the team that is working on the Hungarian Orchard site. We are already using the existing Hungarian translation and I corrected it in a few places, and even expanded it to some more modules. There are modules that are intentionally missing (partially or entirely) translation, since they are used in the admin interface and we found them easier to use in English.
