OK, I was able to reproduce. I’m very sorry that you lost part of your work.
This only reproduces on new strings (the red ones) as far as I can tell. I’m
working on a fix and will update you when it’s ready.

1- Go to  http://orchardproject.net/localize 

2- Sign in

3- Go to  http://orchardproject.net/localize/Core/es-ES

4- Edit By {0} (~/Core/Common/Views/CommonMetadataOwner.cshtml) to Por {0}

5- Save
6- Translation is showed in the list
7- Refresh page. Translation is not more showed in the list.
