Bug description:
mcollective, facter and facter-customfacts-plugins where in place in
Orchestra 1.x to assign, manage and maintain dynamic role assignments within
orchestra.
With mcollective now gone, ensemble will have to pick up that slack or, the
orchestra team would have to re-code the functionality in mcollective, facter
and facter-customfacts-plugin.
