Hi Kelvin,

This is a wonderful warm growing Cym.  Here in South Louisiana it blooms for
me all year long.  It wants FULL sun and lots of water and fertilizer -
treat it like a rose bush and it will be very happy.  I recently (this
Spring) divided a plant that was breaking the plastic pot and was surprised
to see a bloom spike on the small division last week.
