Actually it is Dendrobium bigibbum - usually pronounced as 'by-gibbum' bi - meaning 'two' e.g. bicycle gibbum - meaning: humped, swollen and refers to the double hump on the mentum. The "Cookie" is more specifically D. bigibbum var phalaenopsis syn D. phalaenopsis or D. bigibbum var superbum.
