They are not a problem here, but sometime ago I found several in one or two pots, chewing roots and damaging some bulbs too. I looked and found some info on Zonitoides arboreus in Hawaii (I assume there could be some other similar sp also). It includes some photos. Got rid of them by submerging the pots overnight, btw.
