The Rand must have appreciated at a much faster rate than I was aware if you expect to enjoy good cuisine at reasonable prices around Dijon! Further, it is just over three short years till the Miami WOC and we are already well advanced in the preparation. Those who know me will understand when I say I enjoy fine cuisine. Be assured the range of food in the greater Miami area is probably unsurpassed and the sophistication of our better restaurants would obviously be a surprise to you and maybe others who have not previously visited. Need I add, the prices would be at least half that of a Michelin one star establishment in Europe. Great fast food too, plentiful and cheap, like the area accommodations. It would be nice if WOC's started catering more to normal people on a budget who come for the orchids, rather than wealthy retired folk who dabble in a few plants and get bored because they don't have enough orchid activity in their own greenhouses.
