Also in Japan, a certain nersery is accepting purchase reservation of Phrag. kovachii flasks.
Although the owner of the nersery tells that
they could be the legal flasks under permission of the
Peru government,
I doubt very much judging from Mr. Croezen's
contribution.
However, there are so many rumors going
around as to
availability of flasks, I think several underground smuggling routes have been formed already.
