Maybe we should start an amazingly comprehensive FAQ for the new
growers. Or, and this is something that will be available really soon, they
can use the search engine I'm developing to research all known articles
pertaining to a genus or species, and filter for cultural info and whatnot.

Li'l> Of course. The ebb and flow of ideas is wonderful. But of late, it seems
Li'l> that some of the folks have forgotten that there are lots of orchid
growers
Li'l> out there who have less knowledge, less experience, and may be less
worldly
Li'l> than some of the other folks who submit posts here. Perhaps the article
Li'l> that Viateur posted was written by or intended for an audience other than
Li'l> AOS judges or commercial growers, or hobbyists with decades of growing
Li'l> behind them. Can we not take what we need or want from this list, and let
Li'l> others use it as they see fit, without the stern judgments all the time?

Li'l> Actually, I kind of enjoy the intellectual beatings here, and apparently
Li'l> of the other egos here do too. But you're right. Maybe we should take it
Li'l> elsewhere. And soon, there will be another place for it, hold your breath.
