It seems to be the consensus that critical
remarks should not be out of bounds in the OGD, but gratuitous nastiness
like "sticky fat fingers" is an admission that the poster
cannot manage the English language with finesse.
Andy now informs us that the WOC
"rectification team" was convened by his "bête noire," the dragon lady Joyce
Stuart, but a couple of days ago it was an indignant Kiat Tan, who called
for it. No matter, facts are facts and exactly what Andy says they
are at the moment, no more, no less.
