My friend Bob Hull crossed a Zygopetalum Artur Elle with Lycaste skinneri alba which made Zygocaste Northwest Passage (An exceptional cross! ).
How do you know it was a genuine cross? Zygopetalums are notorious for Apomixis (or whatever you call it when the plant self-fertilizes in reponse to stimulus from pollen hormones).
