Paula,
We grow all our Angraecums (mostly warm growers) in teak baskets with either lava rock or Aliflor as the medium, that way we dont have to repot as often since the media doesn't break down and cause root rot. Bark mixes rot too quickly in our warm and humid conditions, we use coco chunks for plants that like bark mixes.
