[OGD] World Orchid Society??

Has anyone got any information about the new upcoming "World Orchid 
Society"?

I googled the homepage (you can do that, too) and see that they intend on 
publishing a magazine 10x/yr (every 5 weeks) and are requesting high rez 
digital photos and articles.  No mention of who or what is behind (or 
founders of) this endeavor.

My question is: what's their street cred?  Who are these guys?
