A few lines to say hello, as a new list member. I've been growing orchids for a year now. Just 20 or so, of different genera: mostly dendrobium, cattleya, oncidium, stanhopea, and brassavola species, and phalaenopsis hybrids. It's an ongoing experiment to find out what will grow and bloom under my conditions. In this short time, I've been foolish enough to order and deflask my first seedlings and attempt my first orchid pollination. Time will tell if these will be a success! - Norbert
